Responsibilities Handle full spectrum of HR functions for designated business units, Responsible for HRIS which includes data input into HR system, Maintaining a high standard of data quality and delivering reports for management reporting, Handle key Human Resources processes which include policies and procedures implementation, staffing, performance management, compensation and benefits, HR budgeting and employee relations, Provide support to various key initiatives and HR programs, Involve in budget planning and keep track of staff cost budgets while ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of manpower by statistical analyses, Other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements Degree in HR or related field, Min. 3 years of experience in Full Spectrum of HR functions.
