Responsible for the overall management and operations of all projects in Elderly Services, Manage operational performance to financial income and expenditure, Responsible for driving the strategy, Review activities, costs and operations to determine progress toward goals and objectives, Train staff to achieve high standards of performance and lead, coach and motivate the team to achieve desired objectives, Ensure compliance to governance guidelines
Requirements
Degree, 10 years of experience, Min. 5 years in a Managerial capacity, Great passion to work with the elderly and able to work well under pressure, Possess good communication and leadership skills, Experience volunteer with the elderly and disability sector will be an added advantage
