Description	We are looking for all Professionals to associate with us on a freelance basis. You can work at home and anywhere / any time as a Recruitment Specialist.

Responsibilities	We shall provide you the training and guidance to pursue the recruitment career. You have to support the Recruitment Consultants to carry out the recruitment activities. You will receive a percentage of fees generated through the assignments. The applicants must have a Personal Computer and internet connection at home. You will assist to source for best-fit candidates through various recruitment channels such as on-line advertisements, cold calling, etc., as well as coordinating and conducting interviews, screening and selecting the right candidates who meet our requirements. To be successful in this role, you will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with job seekers. You should be familiar with the job scope of corporate positions and preferably have in depth knowledge of recruitment processes including reviewing short lists, preliminary interviewing.
