| Responsibilities |
Identifying the target market and increasing clientele base through active sales call and visits. Sourcing and Identifying potential candidates through Headhunting, Advertisements, Internet, Referrals, Walk-ins and networking. Responsible for handling both Permanent and Contract job placements. Face-to-face interviews with short listed candidates ranging from Executives to Management level. Build and maintain excellent rapport with clients and candidates. Training will be provided to those interested in people industry. |
| Requirements |
GCE "O" / ‘A’ Levels / Diploma in any discipline. Preferably with experience in HR, recruitment, sales or customer services. Entrepreneurial mindset, competitive and goal-oriented. Able to multi-tasking, manage priorities and changes. Disciplined, focused, well organized and persistent. Excellent skills in communication, interpersonal and collobration. Highly motivated individual and dynamic team player. Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin. Matured candidates are welcome to apply. |
